Gorgeous, wise, servant, caring, encouraging, strong are just a few of the many wonderful words that can be used to describe this amazing woman we call wife, mom, sister, friend and most important faithful follower of JESUS!

She has been our anchor, our counselor, our biggest cheerleader, teacher and example, our guiding light and best friend. Her unwavering faith and dedication to Christ is a testimony in itself to not only us, but every person who was blessed to meet and talk to her.

Carol had this amazing ability to make everyone feel loved, supported, and valued in all circumstances. She is undeniably the strongest woman that we know! She is in Heaven with JESUS and totally healed of cancer once and forever!

In our journey with cancer Carol was always looking for a meaningful way to encourage those that had just started their personal fight with cancer. We want to honor this great passion and start the Carol Timmons Pray Hope Believe Foundation. Like Carol it is our desires to help those in a journey with cancer discover a pathway of HOPE.

PHB FAQ

Pray Hope Believe provides Hope to anyone in the journey with cancer regardless of age. We regret, as a small ministry, that we may not be able to grant every guest request. We will, however do our best, to offer a Pray Hope Believe Gift Bag to every eligible guest. We operate from our headquarters in Monroe, IN with a network of volunteers and supporters. We serve those in the greatest need around the community. We receive no state or federal funding, relying, instead, on the generosity of our supporters to fulfill guest requests.

[+] What is a Pray Hope Believe Gift Bag?

“Helping those with cancer discover a pathway to hope.” These words are at the very heart of everything we do at the Carol Timmons PHB Foundation. Each gift bag is filled with careful selections of HOPE that remind our guest you are never alone in this journey.

[+] What does a Joyful In Hope experience consist of?

Our mission is to help those in the journey with cancer discover HOPE in a season of Peace by providing an atmosphere of laughter, love, and, renewal cultivating family memories so together they can step towards their place of healing.

Hope can be discovered in many different options offered by the Pray Hope Believe Foundation. Each option is intended to be a personal experience for our guest and take place within our local community. You may want a simple meal away from home with your family or an overnight get away. We do our best to take care of all the planning so our guest can step into the experience and not have to work out the details on their own.

The idea is to offer each guest a time to escape the pressure of cancer and rediscover the love of Hope that is ready to support each of us. Family, Friends, and Faith are all part of the pathway towards Hope. You are not alone and the Pray Hope Believe community is willing to demonstrate our personal support.

[+] Does it matter where I live in order to be a PHB Guest?

Today we are able to serve the guest request for those living in the communities of Adams and Wells County Indiana. As we start to branch out we invite visitors to our site to inquire, if possible we will honor request in our regional areas.

[+] Who can be part of my Guest Experience?

Many of our guest experience are designed for couples and immediate family members to enjoy time away as a family. We do have a few selected options to allow for larger groups to join in on the excitement.

[+] What is included in a Pray Hope Believe Guest Pack?

Most guest packs offer a selection of gift cards to a favorite restaurant as well as passes to a local attraction. They are designed so each guest can plan to enjoy their personal pack at their own convenience.

Founder

Tim has personally felt the impact of cancer, his wife Carol of 27 years, her mother (Martha), family members and a plenitude of friends all have endured the battle with cancer. Tim considers himself a cancer fighter not just against the disease but more importantly the physical, emotional and spiritual challenge that comes with the journey for each person and their family. Tim, his family and friends have established the Pray Hope Believe Foundation as a way to honor Carol and to help those in the journey discover the pathway to lasting HOPE.

Beth Ann Fawcett

PHB Representative

Beth Ann is a mother that understands the journey of cancer with a young child. Her daughter Ebony spent most of young life facing the routine of treatment, test, waiting rooms and nights away from home. Together Beth Ann and Ebony showed the community how to embrace Hope and trust the love of GOD, family and friends to support them. Today Beth Ann and her friends have started a new ministry, “Energized by Ebony” , which offers love and support to young cancer patients in our community. As part of the Pray Hope Believe Team, Beth Ann and her friends are willing to express Love and Hope to young families stepping into their journey with cancer.
